Hi Guys

The exhibition was a success! Everyone who attended was so impressed with your work. I am very proud of you all.

Just to keep you interested I thought I told you about this link. It's a website with cool examples of toy photography. I'm sure you will find it inspiring.

Exhibition

As you all know I am finalising the images for the Photography Exhibition on Sunday 25th July in the hall from 2-4 pm. This is an extremely long process and the organisation is time consuming. All the Level 4 teachers and teacher assistants are working around the clock to get everything ready. I would like everyone to attend. As your photography teacher I am extremely proud of your work and I am sure that you will be proud of yourselves when you see your art hanging on the walls. Make sure you bring your parents, family and friends along to share your successful journey into Photography.

Proud

Guys, as your photography teacher I want to say that I am very proud of your efforts and dedication. Your creativity has been inspiring and I hope that this course has opened your mind and your eyes to the world of photography and that you continue to use your skills in the future.

Textures

Black and white photography is generally very effective when it comes to photographing textures, however colour photography can also enhance the look of textures and you can produce stunning images.

Black and White

Our black and white photo shoot was great fun! We focussed on textures, patterns and shapes in the absence of colour. The photos show very good contrast and creativity. Well done Grade 6.

Macro

During our Macro and Still-Life photo shoot we produced magnificent photos of all the objects we brought.
The variety was enourmous and the students did a fantastic job. It is obvious that they listened to the instructions well and that they used the techniques to obtain excellent results.
We set up mini studios on our classroom tables and we used black and white paper for our backgrounds. Everyone worked well and the images speak by themselves.

Framed Berries

This picture is worth 10,000 words. Let's see what sort of story you can make up using this picture above. We used bark to frame the berries to make it look like humans trapped inside a cage.
